Are the snacks safe for those with Celiac or those who are vegan?

The equipment and facility is strictly for the production of Health Goddess, so there is no risk of cross contamination in our production facility.

Our kitchen is a dedicated gluten free and vegan space.

Storing

How should I store the snacks?

Our snacks are best kept in the fridge in an airtight container or in their original packaging. They will last 30 days with the exception of the two fruit flavours, 15 days.

For the best texture, we suggest enjoying them straight from the fridge, we find eating them cold enhances the flavours.

You can also either have it at room temperature or heat it up for a warmed up version!

Can I freeze them?

Yes, our snacks are freezer friendly. Simply place them in an airtight container or in their original packaging for up to 6 months. We recommended using parchment paper to separate each piece when stacking them.

Once you are ready to eat a snack, let it thaw at room temperature for around 20 minutes (time varies slightly depending on flavour). It will then be ready to enjoy!

Delivery

When should I expect the delivery?

The drivers are on the road from 9AM to 5PM on the scheduled delivery day (every Friday).

What if my order is a gift?

If your order is for a gift, we can deliver it directly to the recipient.

At check-out, please add the recipient’s contact information for the delivery. You can also add a special message that you would like to write (in notes at checkout). It will be our pleasure to write your message and include it on our card.

We also offer gift boxes. Please make sure to add the item to your order and we will package your selected snacks in the gift box.

Does someone need to be present to accept the delivery?

No, the package can be left at your door. However, during the summer we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be able to accept the package and refrigerate the snacks as soon as possible.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.

We aim for order accuracy and make sure that everything arrives in good condition. If ever you are unsatisfied, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
